Technology for Long-Term Care evolved from a government funded resource site. Containing
information on over 1200 technology products to improve quality of life and care for people in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living, boarding care, and adult day care programs, the purpose of this web site focuses on products related to important care issues. These include assistance call, bathing, communication and memory, dressing, eating, fall management, incontinence, leisure,
lifting and transferring, medication management, mobility, and wander management
and wound care.
Products cannot be purchased through the site. On the right side of each product page there will be a contact list
of the companies that provide the product to contact for further information.
The contents provided on this site are for information purposes only. IDEAS, Inc and Polisher Research Institute have not examined, reviewed, or tested any product, device, or information contained on this Site. The Technology for Long-Term Care website is intended to inform your purchasing decisions only.
